rr3 Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules for Pakistan

1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and rr3 ("rr3", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform available at rr3.vin. By accessing, registering on or using any part of the rr3 platform — including Sports Betting, Live Casino, Slots, Fish Games, Bingo or any other feature — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the rr3 platform. rr3 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

2 Eligibility

To register and use rr3, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. rr3 operates strictly as an adults-only platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on rr3 or have an existing active account under another profile.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent or close family member of an employee of rr3 or any of its affiliated companies.

rr3 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification will result in account suspension until verification is completed. Any winnings accumulated prior to successful verification may be withheld pending review.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on rr3. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, payment methods or devices — is strictly prohibited. rr3 uses automated and manual systems to detect duplicate registrations, and any accounts identified as duplicates will be closed.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact details and any other information requested during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. If any of your details change, you must update them promptly through your account settings or by contacting rr3 support.

Your rr3 account login credentials — including your username and password — are personal to you. You must not share your login details with any other person. rr3 will not be held responsible for any losses or damages resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on rr3 are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). rr3 supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as made available on the platform from time to time.

Deposits must be made from a payment account or method that belongs to you. rr3 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. If a deposit is identified as originating from an account that does not belong to the registered player, the deposit may be reversed and the account may be reviewed.

rr3 does not apply additional fees on deposits made by players. However, your bank, mobile wallet provider or payment service may apply their own transaction charges. rr3 is not responsible for any third-party fees you may incur when funding your rr3 account.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of deposit within your account. These limits may vary depending on the payment method selected. rr3 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on rr3 are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. rr3 supports withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer and cards, subject to the specific withdrawal options available in your account at the time of the request.

Before a withdrawal is processed, rr3 may require identity verification. You may be asked to provide a copy of a valid government-issued identification document and, where applicable, proof of the payment method used for deposits. This is a standard anti-fraud and security measure and is not indicative of any wrongdoing on your part.

Withdrawal requests that include bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements associated with the relevant bonus. Withdrawal of any funds derived from a bonus that has not completed its wagering requirement will not be approved until those conditions are met.

• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals: typically processed within 1–2 hours of approval.
• Raast transfers: often near-instant once approved by rr3.
• Bank Transfer withdrawals: typically settled within 1–3 business days.

rr3 does not charge withdrawal fees on the platform side. Processing times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to third-party processing delays outside rr3's control.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

rr3 offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be clearly communicated at the point the offer is presented. General bonus rules applicable across all rr3 promotions are as follows:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are credited to your rr3 account in PKR and are non-transferable.
• A player may only claim each specific promotional offer once unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be combined unless a specific promotion states that they can.
• rr3 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time, including cancelling bonuses that have already been credited if there is evidence of abuse or exploitation.
• Creating additional accounts to claim multiple bonuses constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.

Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount (or in some cases a bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means PKR 10,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before that bonus balance can be withdrawn. The qualifying games and contribution rates are stated in each promotion's individual terms.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming sessions on rr3 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category. These rules are available within each game or betting market on the platform. In the event of any discrepancy between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules will take precedence for that particular product.

For Sports Betting, markets are offered on Cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals and domestic competitions), Football and Esports, among other sports. Bet settlement follows the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In cases of match abandonment, void markets or other irregular outcomes, rr3's sports rules apply and stakes are returned where appropriate.

For Live Casino games, the result of each hand, spin or round is determined by certified live dealer processes and is final once the round is completed. Technical disconnections during a live session do not void a completed round result.

For Slots and Fish Games, all outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems. Each spin or round is independent of previous results. Return-to-player (RTP) information is available in each game's information panel.

rr3 reserves the right to void bets or gaming rounds where a clear technical error has affected the outcome displayed to the player. In such cases, the stake is returned to the player's PKR balance.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on rr3 and will result in account suspension, cancellation of bets and forfeiture of funds where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches or software errors in any game or platform feature. Any winnings resulting from a known or identifiable error will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in Live Casino games or any multiplayer format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering, fraud or any attempt to use rr3 for financial crimes.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you to fund your rr3 account.
• Abusing bonuses, including creating multiple accounts or using coordinated accounts to exploit promotional offers.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back or dispute legitimate transactions processed through rr3.
• Sharing, selling or transferring your rr3 account to another person.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

rr3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including but not limited to situations involving:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering or collusion.
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional offers.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting rr3 support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money PKR balance (after deducting any bonus funds that do not meet withdrawal conditions) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to verification requirements.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, rr3 is not obligated to return funds linked to the breach, including any winnings derived from prohibited conduct.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the rr3 platform — including but not limited to the rr3 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software and any other materials — is the intellectual property of rr3 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify or create derivative works from any rr3 platform content without prior written permission from rr3. Unauthorised use of rr3 intellectual property may result in legal action.

11 Privacy & Data

rr3 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at rr3.vin/privacy-policy. By using the rr3 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in that policy.

rr3 does not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent. Data collected during registration and platform use is used for account management, payment processing, security monitoring and, where applicable, responsible gaming tools.

rr3 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical issues or third-party service disruptions may cause temporary unavailability. rr3 will not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime.

rr3 makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in any specific location. Players access rr3 at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring their use complies with their own personal circumstances.

14 Changes to These Terms

rr3 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Where changes are material, rr3 may notify active players via the platform or by email.
